I'm a skilled qualitative research and service design professional, with 10+ years of experience. I have worked for several years in the UK and in Europe, in both agency and client side roles. Since 2019 I have been working as a freelancer. I am passionate about understanding people.

I work with research and service design agencies at every stage of a research project. Whether the agency needs someone to fully run large scale research projects or just be an extra pair of hands for a few days, I always offer professional expertise.
Research design & proposal writing

Winning new business requires expertise and in-depth knowledge of different methods. With my extensive experience in writing proposals and gaining new clients, I am able to help you expand your client base.

Preparing Research Materials

Regardless of whether it is a Screener or a Discussing Guide that needs to be written up, or just an image set that needs to be pulled together, I can certainly help with the task.

Fieldwork

I can help with running the fieldwork both online and offline . I am happy to conduct expert interviews, in-depth or pair-depth interviews, ethnos, focus groups, workshops or any kind of qualitative fieldwork that requires an experienced moderator.

Project set up and management

I will make sure everything is in place so the project can progress smoothly, including setting up tracking sheets, chasing suppliers or arranging research materials into complex folder structures.

Analysis and report writing

One of the most important parts of the research process is to find a story! I can help you with skimming through all the fieldwork outputs, conduct the analysis and pull out a compelling story. I am always keen to come up with strategic recommendations grounded in real world insight.

Client management

Keeping the client engaged and happy throughout the project is key and I have much experience looking after clients. You might need help with writing email updates, running weekly status calls and running debrief sessions – no problem!

Having conducted over 500 interviews in the past 10 years I am a confident interviewer with great curiosity to understand people.

A short movie tells more than 1000 words and ethnos are a great way to go beyond the surface. Regardless of whether it is traditional ethno, auto-ethno or vox-pops, I am here to help!
